Life Coaching helps you set precise goals, get clear about a personal issue that is bothering them, create a more harmonious life, and deal with stressful thoughts or issues that keep them from living a happy life.
The majority of my coaching services are with individual clients who express a desire to work on a specific issue for a specific amount of time. I strongly recommend my new clients to commit to 3 to 6 months of coaching to get their desired results. Although Life Coaching can effectuate immediate results, the majority of my clients tend to return to their old ways of thinking and being without a weekly commitment to stay the course. The client decides the issue(s) we will work on and then I use my expert coaching skills to determine how best to help the client achieve these goals. I use various inquiry methods, discussions, reflections and a variety of strategies used to get you to move towards achieving your goals and ultimately living a happier life. The bottom line is that you, the client, is responsible for your own progress through out the coaching relationship and my job is to assist you in navigating the difficult emotions that will arise during our conversations and your weekly homework assignment.
I only work with clients who are mentally stable and are not on any type of prescribed mood altering medications. I don’t work with clients who are under a psychologists care and I am not able to prescribe any medications. My sincere intention is to help every client free themselves from their painful thoughts and behaviors that are causing them unhappiness and teach/lead/guide them towards better feeling thoughts that will ultimately allow them to embrace a more authentic and happier life.
